OK, how many business/personal computing or printing devices do you have in your home office? You probably have a printer for sure, you might also have a scanner to convert conventional photographs, images or documents into a digital format. You will most likely have a fax machine in order to send/receive documents. And, if you are like the majority of home offices nowadays, you probably also have a copier to make multiple copies of your documents. The trouble is, you probably have all these devices located at various corners of the office. And managing them and their respective supplies can be a nightmare and if , like me, you only have the use of the spare bedroom for your home office, pretty soon you can find yourself running out of space!
